Prized for its networking and business connectivity among hotels and planners, the show has been a sell-out since the first year. Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, this year’s show will be held Thursday, August 14, at University Center Club, Florida State University. Tallahassee, FL.
This is a change in date. The show was originally set for August 21, but the date was moved up a week to avoid two conflicts that could affect hotel and meeting planner attendance.
Over 110 hotels, cruise lines, and related industries comprise the exhibitors at the show. There is no fee for qualified planners, and over 200 association and government meeting planners, CEOs, and government bureau chiefs attend. It is ranked among the best and most dependable for ROI you can find.
Hotels that are new, remodeling, or changing flags or ownership will find this an unparalleled opportunity to promote their property. Planners will find excellent food and beverages, a wide range of hotel facilities, and excellent opportunities for booking hotels giving special promotions.

I will never miss the Chuck Cook Trade Show. Actually, it's one of the first items on my new calendar every year! The Chuck Cook Trade Show is always at the top of the budget list for the Orlando CVB. In the past 6 years of attending, I have never left the show without a minimum of 5 RFPs. Wow! What a great trade show. The show is extremely well organized. With the floor plan handout giving us the location of each hotel's display, we were able to quickly find representatives from specific areas of the state. These hotel reps were able to answer all our questions and gave us a lot of information.
